
Electrical Installation Systems and Maintenance
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Electrical Installation Systems and Maintenance course is designed to produce electricians who are skilled and relevant to the industry. The course is centered on trainees and focuses on practical learning, projects, innovation, and industrial training. Trainees will be able to program and troubleshoot industrial automation systems, design and interpret electrical circuits, repair and maintain electrical and electronic equipment, install and maintain transmission and distribution power lines, install and maintain solar PV systems, and initiate and manage small businesses.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the Electrical Installation Systems and Maintenance course, graduates will receive a certification that will enable them to be employed in manufacturing, production, processing and service industries both in the private and public sector, power generation, transmission and construction projects, construction companies, public works department, rural development agencies, oil and gas industries, and as self-employed installation and maintenance professionals.
